Nope. As they are fully funded since they sold gaiam brand, they keep the building. They rent it to gaiam brand and get something like 1 or 2 millions of revenue per year.

They said they have 60millions dollars not 75. And they will burn cash to get new customers. But anyway, it was cheap @7.8$ and now it is'cheaper... but no cash :(
