Guest Schwab711
I don't think it makes sense to discuss this company publicly any further. If you are a shareholder currently, please msg me.

InelegantInvestor
$1.25 and no say in the matter. You'd think I'd learn my lesson: http://www.inelegantinvestor.com/2014/05/30/nano-cap-stocks-sometimes-management-can-change-game/ At least in that case, I (unexpectedly) got a small settlement: http://www.liquidclaims.com/first-aviation-services-inc/
Guest Schwab711
Roughly 1.25% of the company has traded today and ~5% over the last 3 weeks. Fascinating situation, despite my disappointment (to say the least). For anyone holding shares, this is a friendly reminder to vote NO/AGAINST on everything if you want to preserve any rights you may have. Do your own DD. It's possible those rights may have additional value. Part of me thinks that the reverse split will not go through. If it does, I think it's very likely the remaining shareholders will get a take-under offer in short time. Insiders will own close to 90% if all parts of the proxy are transacted. Either way, I think it's likely someone will be dissenting. If you'd like to dissent: (This is NOT legal or investment advice; Make your own decisions) http://codes.findlaw.com/co/title-7-corporations-and-associations/co-rev-st-sect-7-113-102.html *7-113-102 (2.5) entitles shareholders to dissenters' rights http://codes.findlaw.com/co/title-7-corporations-and-associations/co-rev-st-sect-7-113-202.html * If you are entitled to vote at the meeting, you must vote NO/AGAINST for all shares * If you are not entitled to vote, you must send an email stating that you intend to dissent Disclosure: I own essentially no shares at this point. Good luck to anyone involved.

There seems to be no way to buy the shares at this point, but it's insightful to see some of our fears/projections came true.
