berkshire101
There are some great GARP businesses here in the states. But I'm wondering what are some abroad. I found some great ones like Constellation Software (CNSWF) and Computer Modelling Group (CMDXF) in Canada. That's about it. They're pretty difficult to find, especially using a screener. Any other hidden gems floating around out there? Thanks. :)
ItsAValueTrap
Both Constellation and Computer Modelling Group seem pricey right now. The Constellation shareholder letter talks about Constellation's current valuation and suggests that it is a little pricey. CMG insiders are selling. You could take a look at Sirius XM Canada. You could also look at stuff that Donville Kent owns... though I would short some of his current and former holdings if they were easy to borrow (e.g. Rifco, China Greenstar). berkshire101
Thanks. I'll definitely check out what Donville Kent is up to. I usually skim through their letters and such, but not in detail. Maybe this time I will. Thanks again.

Jurgis
They're pretty difficult to find, especially using a screener. Run Financial Times screener http://markets.ft.com/screener/customScreen.asp on high ROE companies and you'll find enough to analyze for a while. Screen with non-USA companies with 5 year average growth over 10% and ROE over 14 returns over 2500 matches :o

Not sure how valuation looks as part of it but the show runners are 3G capital so I bet you'll be paying a premium compared to before.
alwaysinvert
My best investment in the last few years, Protector Forsikring: http://www.cornerofberkshireandfairfax.ca/forum/investment-ideas/protct-protector-forsikring/ Starting to get a bit pricey, though.
