At 7 cent dividend now, probably a better short now than before.  Retail investors aren't going to hang around for that yield....

Selling $5 September puts for 10% gross yield for now; the situation is a lot different at $11 unit price and 27% borrow than at $40 unit price and 7% borrow.

 

Of course, it could be worth less than $5 if production starts to plummet, which it can
