JBird
What, if anything, would you do differently if you got those earlier years back?
berkshire101
I wish I realized how competitive the world is. And that I took knowledge acquisition more seriously, especially during college. It took me a while to figure out how to be a self learner.
boilermaker75
“If you are mindful that old age has wisdom for its food, you will so exert yourself in youth that your old age will not lack sustenance,” Leonardi da Vinci. Pursuit of useful Knowledge, in honourable Actions and the Practice of Virtue; in which he who labours to improve himself from his Youth, will in Age reap the happiest Fruits of them; not only because these never leave a Man, not even in the extreamest [sic] Old Age; but only because a Conscience bearing Witness that our Life was sell-spent, together with the Remembrance of past good Actions, yields an unspeakable Comfort to the Soul,” Cicero. If youth only new, if old age only could. (I don't know who said this one.)
rkbabang
I would have convinced my parents to mortgage their house and put everything they had into Microsoft in the mid to late 80's, then to move my future inheritance over to Apple in 2002.
