SI
If it went unnoticed, I’ll mention it here: ~6700 shares were purchased of odet this week by the pulley system. That is as much as the 3rd largest outside shareholder.

Thanks for clearing it up. Also thanks for reporting on the purchase above, that's very impactful. I wonder whether this expedites the roll-up simplification of BOL into ODET. ValuePadawan
From the 24th of February to the 6th of March Vivendi bought back 15,021,492 shares out of the 1.17 billion it had as of Dec 31st. That's 1.2% of total shares in a two week period. With the 3B from Tencent and the price drop since then I'm expecting them to buy EVERY share they can this way Bolloré can increase it's ownership stake in Vivendi without having to make a mandatory takeover bid. It allows Bolloré to ask the AMF for a waiver the same way they did with Havas back in 2012. Buy Vivendi buy!
LowIQinvestor
Yup! Vivendi is very cheap & buybacks are exceptional at today's price. Trades at a 50% discount to NAV LONG VIVHY
ValuePadawan
I just found out I missed an important detail on the 6th of March Vivendi hit their 10% limit for share repurchases so they haven't been buying the last month and probably will begin to again when they pass the new share repurchase program. ebdem
Looks like you are right: https://www.vivendi.com/en/investment-analysts/regulatory-information/treasury-share-transactions/. It hurts a bit to see that :D
ValuePadawan
They just passed the resolution to " reduce the share capital of the Company by way of the cancellation of shares, subject to a limit of 10% of the share capital." I fully expect them in the coming weeks to put that Tencent money to great use.
