He told me that you don't need to register (He took a statement showing that he was an investor, which they didn't ask to see, and they let him take a guest). They said it would be in the semi-annual report from now on, but I haven't been able to find a copy. If anyone has a copy to forward, it'd be greatly appreciated. The first guy says it is still a great business and they would buy it at the same price and the next answering contradicts him. Can anyone explain what's going on?
