After announcing an initial investment of $10 billion in EVs earlier this year, which was still smaller than the German automaker’s investments in gas-powered cars, they now promise to spend up to 70 billion euros (~$84 billion USD) in order to bring 300 electric vehicle models to market by 2030. Gamecock-YT
A 20 minute video of the amazingly efficient manufacturing of a Skoda Octavia. I toured the VW factory in Wolfsburg earlier this year, pretty similar just on a much grander scale. Did notice the Skoda video didn't have as much of the hydrolic seats the workers used when installing items inside the vehicle. Still amazing to watch the body and chassis come together the way it does. I was (and still am) awestruck watching that.
