I have read a good post on a company I was not aware of, and of which I could not find a thread on the board. Therefore, I have decided to share it, and maybe start a discussion about this business.

The first time I read about this company was several years ago in Forbes.  Here is the article:

It is an amazing company. Virtually every proxy document I've seen comes from Broadridge.  I would love to own this company but it rarely goes on sale.
