Recommendations for Administrators / Tax Advisors / Lawyers?

Hi,

 

I'm in discussions with an investor and we are trying to launch an offshore fund.  I've spoken to a few lawyers and administrators, but was wondering if anyone could recommend any vendors (tax advisors, fund setup lawyers, administrators) they've used in the past.  I'm based in tri-state area and would love to work with someone who is familiar with NY tax /registration requirements as well.
