Companies to Visit in Florida, Texas, or Southern California

Dear CoBers,

 

I'll be visiting Jacksonville in early Feb to attend the FRP Holdings shareholder meeting.  I will also spend some time in Florida with family.  Does any have suggestions for interesting companies/management teams that I should meet with while I'm in Florida?  My plan is to stay for a week and I'll have a rental which means that I can get to any locations really. 

 

Similarly, I will be visiting Austin, Dallas, Houston at some point later on this year.  It would be nice to know of any suggestions for companies to visit.  Same for Southern California including San Diego, I may finally make it out to the Daily Journal Meeting.
