Guest Cameron
Was wondering if anyone else has looked at this company. Its based in Singapore and trades on the Singapore Exchange Has an 11m market cap but has a net net liquidation value of $28 million made up of cash and accounts receivables they have a days sales outstanding of around 60 days with receivables representing $37 million USD on the balance sheet with $184 million USD in yearly sales. The rest of the liquidation value comes from the $18 million in cash on its balance sheet. They haven't issued shares ever by the looks of all the annual reports that I have been able to gather. On top of that 31 of the 58 million in shares outstanding are held by the founder and CEO Janet LC Tan. Interesting little company
rukawa
I was wondering the same thing. Look like a net-net. Thought Mjohn might have covered this is his examination of Singapore but so far it hasn't come up.
writser
Looks like they tried to do a somewhat dubious bonus warrant issue last year that was blocked by the SGX. Sharecount has increased 50% since 2008 and BVPS has decreased from 1.15 to 0.63. Looks like a bit of a trainwreck but for sure it is cheap.
