Spekulatius Posted December 20, 2017 Share Posted December 20, 2017 I am not sure who the scoring number accounts for qualitative factors like the training and the weaponery of their troupe. The Roman Army for example was much better trained than their adversaries and were expected to beat a force equal their size almost under any circumstances. I suspect that this has much more to do with Caesar’s victories than his leadership accumen in battle. I don’t see hw this qualitative measure was build in his scoring model.
