Does anyone know if this figure is included in diluted share count in 10q and 10ks? Or only if below the current share price, or not at all? Cigarbutt Posted March 29, 2019 Share Posted March 29, 2019 The treasury-stock method assumes that the proceeds of exercise would have been used to buy common stock in the market. So options that are in the money (using an average market price over the reporting period) will cause an incremental (dilution) change of shares outstanding.
