Search For Lowest Market Cap Companies on Nasdaq

A friend of mine wants to look at the lowest market cap companies on the nasdaq (and possibly over the counter) to take it over with a strategy I don't want to enumerate here.

I told him that finding a low market cap is just the first order of business as we need to look at the balance sheet, ownership, and future liabilities that could come back to haunt him in the future.

 

Any ideas on the cheapest and most effective way to filter for lowest market cap for nasdaq?
