Selling SRECs

Hi all - I wonder if anyone has experience selling these. Very clear case of monopsony and I'm imagining that markets aren't particularly liquid either.

1) It looks like going through a broker is the best option as they are probably more active and have volume to call the utility (e.g., Sol Systems) and can take care of paperwork/regulations. Anyone used these?

2) Anyone had luck directly listing these on GATS and actually selling them? Feels like way more paperwork this way.

3) Any other options?

 

I should mention I'm in DC.
