Charlie
I read in a recent Buffett interview that Buffett is running 25 minutes per day as a sport exercise. This looks pretty smart, because it´s good for your heart, lung (Corona), for your mind and for losing calories etc.... I´m actually thinking about doing the same. ;) Any thoughts? StubbleJumper
Running? He's 90 years old. I would have thought that walking at that age would be plenty. SJ
Charlie
Perhaps he is walking, but he joked that he has good knees like a 6 year old.... This article looks good: https://runrepeat.com/what-running-does-to-your-body

Perhaps I should try this. ;)
