I come statement doesn’t look that great:

Was written up in VIC as a short at ~$16:

Interesting comment  that the company sued short sellers, which seemed to have been right.

This was for the predecessor, but I don’t think it matter as I think same people are behind it. It does seem like a stock, the WSB crowd might like, low share price, low float, some story etc.

Luma, et al.,

How much do you think legacy STX is worth?  It's not obvious to me given the nature of film accounting.  My question is also a roundabout way of asking how much your paying for the Indian OTT optionality?

This was fascinating. Thank you for the share.

great interview - made me reconsider the opportunity from a special situation perspective. He clearly did his homework on management (specifically CFO), refi and putting Eros management in a box.

Anyone keeping up here have any thoughts on the sell down by TPG / who’s buying. New 13d filed each week & selling ~5m shares a week. Won’t be till may until they’re out. Thinking there’ll be pressure on the stock until they’re out even if refi is announced prior to that.

Well TPG is probably out, volumes have dried up.

I guess if the auditor takes until late April the refi could drift into May, but hopefully it goes sooner as I saw on another blog that refi deal was being shopped already and so hopefully the reviewed financials are just a final contingency item instead of the start of a series of gating items.

Anyone have any insights on how whoever was buying was able to avoid 13D/G filings? Something with foreign issuer/parties or complex derivatives (CVRs?)
