Precision Drilling announces Conversion to Corp and Earnings

Revenue for Q4 was $286 milliion, up 13% from Q3 due to higher rig activity, but down 15% from Q4 2008.

 

Earnings for 2009 were .63 per unit compared to $2.23 the prior year.
