I'm looking at the slides in here: http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=6752105-931-5320&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=29349&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fcompanyid%253d29349 And the subs are called "Western Investments, Inc" not "Western Acquisition Corp" and "Western Acquisitions LP" not "Western Acquisition Holdings, Inc". This may be a different company. Anyone know? --Eric
JAllen
A couple of those 'Western' entities were created in the past two months. One 2/23/10 if I remember correctly.
cooger72
I don't have any special knowledge, but it seems clear it's not a BH sub... the acquisition is valued at more than BH's market cap and is being paid in cash. I don't think Sardar is going to lever himself up like that and I don't think a sub could do it.
