Parsad Posted August 14, 2010 Share Posted August 14, 2010 Another kick-ass quarter for Steak'n Shake and thus Biglari Holdings! Same store sales were up 7.5%, while guest traffic was up 9.6%! I love this brand and what Sardar's done with it. That's why it's such a shame he just didn't keep the company The Steak'n Shake Company.
