If we assume he's been trading for about a year (bought at the very bottom of march 2009 and sold at market high in april 2010, that's a return of 3,150%...in about a year! Let's say he loaded up on GGP at the very low of .24 and sold at the very high of $15.75 (a little more than a year holding), that's over 6,000% return. Not impossible, but pretty improbable.
