bmichaud
This name has been on the magic formula list for awhile now. I'm having trouble ascertaining what sustainable FCF to equity is outside the next three to five years due to the inherent uncertainty surrounding government contracts. Does anyone on the board have a good bead on the ins and outs of this company?
rijk
strong short term headwinds but this stock looks cheap based on normalized earnings and cash flow, after the recent 50% haircut rodriguez, icahn and dreman all purchased recently at $30, trading at $16 now........ remaining goodwill from the (failed?) jlg acquisition exceeds book value struggling to determine the moat...... opportunity?? regards rijk
bmichaud
Now it's certaintly interesting. I did not like it at $30, hence why I asked the board to see if other value guys had any interest (no response says something). I cannot get a handle on the business, so I'll never invest in it - however, if one can get comfortable with the ~$300MM annual free cash flow number, then it is quite compelling from here.
