Parsad Posted September 1, 2011 Share Posted September 1, 2011 Your broker should have sent you the information regarding the rights offering if you are a shareholder. You should have told them that you want to purchase the warrants at $0.04 each. I think you may be out of luck now. Contact Chanticleer and see if there is anything they can do, but I believe it may be too late. They were being offered only to existing shareholders. Cheers!
