Myth465
I find the guy fairly interesting. Sorry if cross linking is found to be annoying by anyone. His list is interesting because it includes many books which have not yet been mentioned before. I plan to slowly (key word being slowly) get around to reading these and will add reviews to the book section. http://adventuresincapitalism.com/page/Kuppys-Book-List.aspx
prunes
I just finished the Marc Faber book. I don't understand why Kuppy recommended it so highly.
Myth465
Faber is fine in interview format whenever I need any doom and gloom, but I cant imagine reading much by him. I plan to focus on the history books when I get time. I agree with his comments on investing. After 4 investing books and 1 - 2 years of practice you can really move on to books that teach you how to think, how to deal with pain, and how to stand behind your convictions without being dogheaded. Those are the real things people need to learn to find success. Bargains are usually obvious.

alwaysinvert
I have read Riches Among Ruins. It was a nice read, I can recommend it. Nothing earth-shattering but an interesting life story well told.
