UEPS - Net1 UEPS

Curious if anybody else has come across UEPS. They are a payment processor based out of South Africa- very cheap but overhang is loss of a large government contract. However, it seems like rest of the business is worth at least current market cap.

I had it on a watchlist a few years ago and forgot about it.  And that is as far as I got with that.  8)

 

Just checked and it's still on that watchlist that I forgot about on google finance.

I looked at it one year back and passed it due to dependency on one contract. You might be right about current valuation being low enough that we can put zero value for SA contract. I fee company should grow in middle east but upside in near term is still dependent on SA contract.

Hope you were able to buy some before the big jump. I owned this company before and sold at a small loss due to the protracted negotiations.
