giofranchi
bmichaud, thank you very much for posting! Last time I checked, a subscription to the Bridgewater daily observations was selling for more than $10.000 per year… Are you a Bridgewater client? Or did you pay the high annual fee? Or is there a more affordable way to get access to Mr. Dalio’s always fascinating musings? ;) giofranchi
bmichaud
Unfortunately I do not have a subscription - just a good contact who passes them along every once in awhile ;D

Liberty
Sorry if it's a repost, but I found this by Dalio: http://www.bwater.com/Uploads/FileManager/Principles/Bridgewater-Associates-Ray-Dalio-Principles.pdf

mpauls
My knowledge about Bridgewater is admittedly limited, but my opinion is that although Dalio is not the devil, his "genius" is greatly overstated. There are a few big red-flags and inconsistencies about him that just don't exist with the really brilliant investors.

I don't have much of an opinion on him one way or the other, but could you elaborate on what you mean here?

yadayada
mpauls, I also think Ray dalio would genuinely love to hear those points. From what i have read from him. Seems to be a culture that even the lowest level employees can call him out on stuff, and are encouraged to do so.
