SHLDQ - Sears Holdings Corp

These three links just came to my e-mail and I haven't seen any like this regarding Sears/Kmart via Google Alerts.  Perhaps more aggressive online advertising caused Google Alerts to pick it up.

Both of these leases expire December 31, 2018 and SHLD is currently paying an average of ~$2/sf in cash rent (Lexington is public). I would bet they know they could buy out the leases in a heartbeat and are therefore trying to gauge potential tenant interest.

Anyone have a Seeking Alpha PRO Account. Seems there is a new PRO article on the site about SHLD. The previous 2 PRO articles are by Bishop Research and Analytics.

 

I don't have Pro account but I kept a pdf verion of those two articles. But I have problem attaching them with this post. I don't know why. You can drop me an email heth247@yahoo.com.

 

Thanks I read those articles. I don't even know if there is a completely new article or if Seeking Alpha has made an earlier article as PRO. I saw number of PRO articles on SHLD increased from 2 to 3 yesterday and wanted to find out what was in it. Was wondering if it was the SHLD Book format thing he mentioned.

Usually such Pro-article will be free to the public after a period of time. I am interested to read it as well.

We will see what happens on Thursday, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some big deal announced. The General Growth deal was announced on the reporting of the fiscal year.  With Eddie not buying any shares, I have a feeling that he is working on something material and wouldn't be allowed to purchase.
