racemize
I was expanding my warrant spreadsheet, and it appears that the warrant price + strike price is currently less than the common, so, free money? It's a little late for me to dig in much more, but wasn't sure if anyone had seen this one, or if I was missing some kind of adjustment (didn't see anything relevant in google). Packer16
At first glance the bank sells at more than 2x book and if you take the ask price for the warrants there is some time value. Packer

Packer Ok, so perhaps the last trade of the warrant isn't a good price any longer.
racemize
So I'm trying to find the warrant prospectus and they only have 13G/As filed with SEC--why aren't there any K's or Q's? Don't they have to file these?
