rocket was made by orbital sciences. According to musk 2 years ago:

 

One of our competitors, Orbital Sciences, has a contract to resupply the International Space Station, and their rocket honestly sounds like the punch line to a joke. It uses Russian rocket engines that were made in the ’60s. I don’t mean their design is from the ’60s—I mean they start with engines that were literally made in the ’60s and, like, packed away in Siberia somewhere.

 

Given that GY supplies rocket motors to Orbital.. Probably a small part of their business though.

I actually sold out at 19 as I needed USD for other opportunities. Kind a like it that they hired a UTX person to run operations.

I feel your pain. I sold my stake a little over a month ago. Held from the dark days of 2011, perhaps I let it go too soon.

Well I made a 30% ann return over my holding period so not really a reason to complain. I sold because I have to manage my USD exposure and my other USD investments were more attractive.

 

In 9/10 I probably sell too soon, but that's kind of luxury problem now isn't it?
