Yes - I have a small position in this pig (PRIS.B to be exact). Thought it was a decent lottery ticket sub 2 but its since been cut in half.  This last Q was just awful in every which way for their Spanish assets - much worse that I would have anticipated.  Its looking near impossible for them to get out from under all that debt and I'm not sure how they'll do it.  My sense is that the banks will continue to be supportive like they have been but even they can only take so much.

I will hold on to what I have but doubtful I will add here.

I read that the Tilson Focus Fund is liquidating.  I remember him talking up this one a couple years ago.  Need to see if he still has it and if it is in this fund - but some forced selling could exacerbate things here (or provide a nice entry if one is so inclined).

The fund owns 186,000 shares or $156,000. Not exactly going to cause a liquidity crunch.

Indebted Spanish media company Promotora de Informaciones SA PRS.MC -11.36% has weighed filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S., according to several people familiar with the matter, the latest indication of the troubled financial state of Spain's largest media company.

The possible move by Prisa, as the company is known, comes as it seeks to refinance about $3 billion of debt, the people said.

The discussions of different restructuring options are still fluid and nothing has yet been decided, they added. It is unclear whether a Chapter 11 filing is still under serious discussion or when a final decision will be made. The company could also restructure in Spain—in or out of court.
