snowball82
Does anyone know the John McKimm's vision of profitable growth for his new company ?
constructive
Looks like it's worth much less than $24M. The balance sheet is very minimal. Revenues and expenses are not really "representative" yet because the results do not include the financial results of the first acquisitions. The company did 4 small acquisitions during last year (+/- 15 M$ sales): SES Benefits, QLogitek Technology Ltd, SOMOS Group of Companies and Inforica Group (50 %). Where did you get the $15M sales number?
bz1516
Can you offer any analysis to corroborate management's bullish projections?
jouni1
SEB can provide both technology solutions and financial support while offering Brokers the flexibility to maintain control of their business activities until such time as best suits the Broker’s objectives. sounds great! i haven't got a clue what they do after reading the thread. just when i thought they were a software company they're offering financial support to brokers? might be a bit too hard to understand for me. have to look at them when they make a profit. GroupePretoria
New purchase from SEB on june 11th. New health system consulting firm has joined the group. I'm getting worried about financial statement delays! I imagine the numerous acquisition cause problems creating a financial statement for a small business like SEB but 1st quarter is getting pretty late!
